Honey pork fillet with Asian greens

Ingredients:

300 g pork fillet
2 tblsp honey
2 tblsp oyster sauce
1 cup water or apple juice
2 star anise
1 tblsp grated fresh ginger
1 bunch steamed Asian greens such as bok choy or Chinese broccoli

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large heavy based pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Add the pork fillet and brown for about all over for about 2-3 minutes until golden.

Combine the honey, oyster sauce, water or juice, star anise and ginger then pour over the pork.

Cover and simmer for about 6-8 minutes.

Serve slices of pork alongside the steamed greens.
