- Ingredients:
8 slices prosciutto
½ cup green olives
8 mini boconcini
½ cup eggplant dip
8 baby roma tomatoes, roasted
Crusty fresh bread sliced
Crostini sticks
- Cooking Instructions:
1. Arrange the Australian prosciutto decoratively on a large serving platter with the olives, bocconcini, egg plant dip and roasted tomatoes.
2. Serve with sliced crusty bread and crostini sticks.
Notes: prosciutto is delicious just served with fresh bread.
